Pepper Jack Chicken

Ingredients sliced mushrooms boneless skinless chicken onion powder garlic powder cumin Salt and pepper green beans sour cream egg shredded Pepper Jack cheese

Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. On a cutting board, dice the chicken into bite sized cubes.

In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, mushrooms, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, drained green beans, beaten egg, chopped Pepper Jack cheese, and sour cream until combined.

Place the chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Bake and serve!
