Easy Pork Over Stuffing

How to make Easy Pork Over Stuffing:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large saucepan, combine the seasoning packet (if it is separate) from stuffing mix with broth and butter. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to simmer and stir in the stuffing. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Spoon the stuffing into a greased 9 x 11 baking dish or two 18.6 ounce individual baking dishes.  Click for 18.6 oz individual oven safe baking dishes.

Place a pork chop over each mound of stuffing.

Sprinkle each chop with Worcestershire sauce.

Cover with tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes.

Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees F.

Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

  • 1 2/3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter (cubed)
  • 2 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Dried parsley (optional)
