Marinated Brussels Sprouts

Easy Marinated Brussels Sprouts with balsamic and soy sauce marinade is a fast, healthy side dish. One of the best ways to prepare Brussels sprouts is to roast them in the oven until tender.

This low-carb recipe takes just 20 minutes to bake and goes great with lunch, dinner or with a date night meal.

This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.

How to make Marinated Brussels Sprouts:

Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer brown leaves.

Place in a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

To the bowl with the brussels sprouts, add the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Use a spoon to stir gently until coated and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Spray an 18.6 ounce oven safe baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the brussels sprouts and sauce into it.

Bake 20 minutes.

  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
