Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 ⅔ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 12 ounces boneless pork loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional – Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large saucepan, combine the seasoning packet (if it is separate) from the stuffing mix with broth and butter. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to simmer and stir in the stuffing. Cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Spoon the stuffing, evenly divided, into two greased 18.6 oz individual baking dishes.
  • Place a pork chop over each mound of stuffing.
  • Sprinkle each pork chop with the Worcestershire sauce, divided evenly.
  • Cover with tinfoil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve hot dishes on cork trivets to protect tables and surfaces. Caution – dishes will be very hot.
