PEPPERONI PIZZA MEATLOAF

Preheat the oven to 375 F. On a cutting board, chop the pepperoni into small pieces.

Slice the mozzarella into 2 long strips.

Combine the ground beef, chopped pepperoni, parsley, garlic, egg, Italian breadcrumbs, milk, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal amounts and form each into oval patties on wax paper.

Place the cheese strips in the middle of two of the meatloaf patties, divided evenly.

Top each with another patty and seal the edges very well so that no cheese is exposed and they are shaped into two loaves.

Place onto a small rimmed baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and place in the oven and bake. Remove the meatloaves from the oven and allow to rest .

At the same time, add the pizza sauce to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Pour the warm pizza sauce on top of the meatloaves and serve.
