Individual Cheddar Meatloaves Recipe for Two

Individual Cheddar Meatloaves for Two with sweet homemade sauce

These individual cheddar meatloaves are filled with gooey cheddar and onion with a sweet barbecue topping. You could add a little heat to the barbecue by adding a dash of cayenne to it. This is another great option for your next romantic dinner for two. I like to serve mine with mashed potatoes and green beans or steamed broccoli.

  1. I love small batch recipes and this one worked perfectly for my husband and me. The only change I made was to bake them in mini loaf pans. I’ve found a new fave recipe, thanks for sharing!
