How to make Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Baked Potatoes
Dice the onion into small pieces.
In a medium bowl combine the ground beef, oats, salt, onion, and egg. Mix until combined well.
Shape the beef mixture into an oval or rectangle loaf and place into the center of a 4 quart Crockpot slow cooker. Click for a 4 quart Crockpot slow cooker.
Wash the potatoes and poke them with a fork several times.
Wrap the potatoes in foil and place in the crockpot on the sides of the meatloaf.
Cook on low for 8 – 10 hours.
Transfer the meatloaf to a serving platter and top with ketchup or BBQ Sauce.
Serve with the potatoes and enjoy.
