Strip Steak Salad with Parmesan Broiled Tomatoes makes an impressive date night dinner. Seasoned strip steak is grilled to your liking, served on a bed of leafy greens alongside broiled Parmesan topped tomatoes and then drizzled with your choice of dressing.
This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.
It looks like a lot of ingredients but this meal is quite easy. You will probably have most of these ingredients already in your pantry or fridge. One 8-ounce strip steak is just enough for two salads.
This low-carb dish is the perfect romantic lunch or dinner for two. Make it on Christmas or New Year’s Eve. Serve it with your favorite beer, wine, or sparkling champagne.
