Steak Kebobs for Two - grill tonight!

These Steak Kebobs will not disappoint! Succulent Ribeye steak is paired with baby bella mushrooms, baby potatoes, and green pepper, marinated and grilled to perfection.

Steak Kebobs ingredients

 

Cut the steak into 12 equal pieces and place into a gallon size storage bag. Cut the mushrooms in half and add to the bag. Cut the green peppers into twelve 1 inch squares and add to the bag.

In a medium sized bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Pour over the ingredients in the bag. Marinate at least 1/2 hour and up to 2 hours. Click here for a whisk.

Soak four wooden skewers in water for 10 – 15 minutes.

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and add enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring the water to a boil and cook potatoes until just barely fork-tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Add a piece of steak, a mushroom, a potato, and a green pepper to a skewer. Repeat until there are three of each item on the skewer. Repeat with the remaining skewers.

Heat a grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate. Add the kebabs and grill about 2 minutes on all four sides.

  • 3/4 lb ribeye steak
  • 6 baby bella mushrooms (about 1 inch in size)

  • 1/2 green bell pepper
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
