How to make Baked French Toast:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease two 18.6 oz oven safe baking dishes with butter or spray with nonstick spray. Click for 18.6 oz oven safe baking dishes.
Cut the bread into cubes, about 1 inch in size.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla together.

Fold in the bread cubes until well saturated.

Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment beat the room temperature cream cheese on medium-high speed until completely smooth.
Beat in the powdered confectioners’ sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until combined.

Drop small spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the bread mixture.

Then sprinkle on the raspberries. Stir gently to combine.

Pour the bread mixture into the prepared dishes, divided evenly.

Bake uncovered for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve hot dishes on cork trivets to protect tables and surfaces. Click for cork trivets.
