The week of Thanksgiving was pretty hectic with all of the holiday preparations. This was one of those days where the time just gets away from you and important things get left undone. Not dinner though!

 

The ease and quickness of this dish made it the perfect choice to get a delicious homemade dinner on the table in just a short time and with very little effort.

 

On a chilly day, this tasty comforting side dish is sure to warm your belly! It’s also beautiful, impressive, and made in just one pan.

 

We love to grill all year long even when the snow is deep! So, we served this yummy cheesy creamed corn with some grilled boneless chicken and a side salad.

 

This recipe is a downsized small batch and serves 4 people. It’s also a great side dish for a small Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.

 

How to make One Pot Cheesy Creamed Corn:

Cook, stirring often, until warmed through, the cheese is melted, and corn is cooked, about 10 – 15 minutes.
