I absolutely love this recipe. I have made it for 2, but can you increase the amounts for a larger group of people, and it still set and turn out the way the smaller serving does?

Hi Brittney, you may need to cook it longer depending on the size of your baking dish but it should work fine. So glad you are enjoying it, thanks :)

Do you know if this freezes well? It sounds terrific, can't wait to try it.

Hi Megan. Corn Casserole freezes well. Let it cool completely after baking. Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Thanks for your question :)
