Instructions
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add the corn, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook, stirring often, until warmed through, the cheese is melted, and corn is cooked, about 10 - 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
