On a chilly day, this tasty comforting side dish is sure to warm your belly! It’s also beautiful, impressive, and made in just one pan.
We love to grill all year long even when the snow is deep! So, we served this yummy cheesy creamed corn with these Grilled Beer Can Cornish Hens and these Homemade Dinner Rolls.
This recipe is a downsized small batch and serves 4 people. It’s also a great side dish for a small Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
How to make Cheesy Creamed Corn:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Click for a medium saucepan.
Cook, stirring often, until warmed through, the cheese is melted, and the corn is cooked, about 10 – 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ⅛ cup whole milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
