Easy Marinated Brussels Sprouts with balsamic and soy sauce marinade is a fast, healthy side dish. One of the best ways to prepare Brussels sprouts is to roast them in the oven until tender. Ready in 35 minutes!
Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer brown leaves.
Place in a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
To the bowl with the brussels sprouts, add the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Use a spoon to stir gently until coated and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Spray an 18.6 ounce oven safe baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the brussels sprouts and sauce into it.
Bake 20 minutes.
