How to make Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff:

Dice the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.

 

At the same time, brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until no pink remains in the beef.

Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the pan and cook about 3 minutes.

Stir in the flour and cook about 1 more minute.

 

Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer about 10 minutes.

 

Remove the beef mixture from the heat and stir in the sour cream and egg noodles.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.

  • 1 cup egg noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 clove jarred minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish if desired)
