Substitutions

If you prefer homemade sauces you can make your own cheese sauce. Add 1 cup of cream or whole milk to a pan and let it reduce. Add 2 slices of processed American cheese and 1 teaspoon of tapioca flour. It has the same consistency.

How to make Arby’s Roast Beef and Cheese

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Step 2 – Lay a sheet of aluminum foil flat on the counter.

Step 3- Place the thin sliced roast beef in the center of the foil and fold up all four sides to completely enclose the beef. Place on a baking sheet.

Step 4 – Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 5 – When the beef is almost done, heat the cheddar sauce in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds or until heated through.

Step 6 – Place the bottom bun on a plate and top with the Country French Dressing with Orange Blossom Honey.

Step 7 – Layer the warm roast beef slices, piled high, on top of the red dressing.

Step 8 – Spread the heated cheese sauce on top of the roast beef.

Step 9 – Top the sandwich with the top of the bun.
