It’s as easy as adding frozen boneless chicken to your slow cooker, topping it with the sauce ingredients, then set it and forget it!

 

This would also work well with beef or pork.

 

We served it with a dill pickle spear, some tortilla chips and this homemade Tomato Peach Salsa or try it with this BLT Macaroni Salad.

 

How to make Zesty Crockpot Shredded BBQ Chicken:

Place frozen boneless chicken in your slow cooker. Click here for a 4 quart crockpot.

 

In a small bowl whisk the barbecue sauce, Zesty Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

 

Pour the sauce ingredients over the chicken.

 

Cover and cook 3 hours on high or 5 hours on Low.

 

Use a fork to shred the chicken then stir to coat completely.

 

Add the chicken to the sandwich rolls.
