This oven roasted Sheet Pan Cauliflower recipe is easy, delicious and ready in 25 minutes. The flavor and texture are perfect with just some cauliflower florets and simple seasonings tossed in oil.

We love roasted cauliflower and it has become a favorite go to side dish. The combination of oil and seasonings caramelizes the florets and they bake to crisp-tender. You can also customize the seasoning of this low-carb sheet pan cauliflower to your taste like adding red pepper flakes for spicy heat.

This small batch recipe makes a great side dish for two.

How to make Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl combine the cauliflower, cooking oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper and toss to coat well.

Add the cauliflower mixture to a small rimmed baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes, until cauliflower reaches desired tenderness.

  • ½ medium head cauliflower
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
