How to cook Ravioli Florentine
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Click here for a large skillet.
Add frozen ravioli, Italian seasoning, spaghetti sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a low boil.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet and simmer about 5 minutes.
Stir in the spinach.

Top with the mozzarella cheese.

Cover the skillet and remove from the heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.

I am using frozen ravioli. Should I thaw it first.

Hi Melody, I think you can use frozen just fine since it simmers for 20 minutes. Check the package cooking directions to see if that time would not be enough in which case you would want to thaw first. Thanks for your question :)
