I don’t know how I managed before I found your site. I raised a big family, and after they grew up and went on with their lives, I was at a loss trying to make a meal for just me. I ate a lot of frozen dinners, and take out but I was hungry for real food! Then I found you, and have been cooking up a storm! I’ve made several of the recipes, and haven’t found one I didn’t like. I’m making the street corn casserole today, I know it will be amazing. Thank you so much!

What is "Queso Blanco" cheese? Any white cheese? Like Monterrey Jack, mozzarella, or queso fresco?

Hi Kris, Queso Blanco is a moist, crumbly cheese that becomes creamy when it is heated. It can usually be found in the gourmet cheese section at grocery stores. You can also substitute it with Monterey Jack if you can't find it. Thanks
