Individual Key Lime Pies Small Batch Recipe

Individual Key Lime Pies 4 servings

These Individual Key Lime Pies are super delicious and could not be easier to make with only 4 ingredients. They have a lovely creamy texture and flavors of sweet and tart mixed together in a cute little graham crust. I used regular limes and store bought crust but you could make your own crust as well.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).

 

Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice and whisk together until well combined. Click here for a whisk.

Pour the mixture into the unbaked mini graham cracker shells.
