Tomato Peach Salsa

Peel peaches and cut to remove the pit. Then cut into large wedges. Cut tomato and onion into large wedges.

Combine peaches, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.

Add in green chiles, cider vinegar, lime juice, brown sugar, pepper and salt. Pulse food processor until combined and tomatoes and onions are preferred size.

Transfer the salsa to a mason jar and chill until ready to serve.
