Ingredients

  • cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • 2 pork chops (about 6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • In a bowl, whisk the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlictogether to make a glaze.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the pork chops on both sides on preheated grill about 1 minute per side.
  • Lightly brush the glaze onto each side of chops as they cook. Grill until no longer pink in the center, about 6 – 8 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F.
