Ingredients
Texas toast bread jumbo egg milk sugar vanilla extract cinnamon salt butter

Preheat an electric skillet for medium low heat at 325 degrees F.

Whisk egg, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a shallow bowl or dish big enough for bread to lie flat.

Dip each Texas toast bread slice into the egg mixture, flipping them over to coat both sides.

Add butter to the skillet until melted. Place the coated bread slices in the pan and fry about 4 – 5 minutes per side.
