How to make slow cooker Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken:

Mix together the white wine, sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a 4 quart slow cooker. Click here for a 4 quart Crockpot slow cooker.

Stir the chicken into the sauce mixture.

Cook on low for 7 – 8 hours or high for 3 – 4 hours.

 

If using the sesame seeds, lightly toast them by cooking them in a dry frying pan, stirring very often.

Garnish with the sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

 

Serve over cooked rice or cooked vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or vegetables

Instructions

  1. Mix together the white wine, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a 4 quart slow cooker. Click for a 4 quart Crockpot slow cooker.
