How to make 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl or a stand mixer, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg yolk until smooth.
Divide into 8 equal portions of cookie dough, about 1” each.
Use your hands to roll them into balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Serve and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container.
