Peanut Butter Cookies

These Small Batch Peanut Butter Cookies are so easy to make with just 4 ingredients and are loaded with peanut butter flavor.

They are thick flourless cookies and only take one bowl. This cookie recipe makes just 8 small cute as a button cookies perfect for 2 – 4 people.

How to make 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl or a stand mixer, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and jumbo egg yolk until smooth.

Divide into 8 equal portions of cookie dough, about 1” each.

Use your hands to roll into balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.

Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
