How to make Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer bowl beat together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and jumbo egg yolk until smooth.
Divide into 8 equal portions of cookie dough, about 1” each.
Use your hands to roll them into balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
Press down with the tines of a fork one time, just enough to make an impression, on each cookie dough ball.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve and enjoy!

- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or natural peanut butter)
- 1 jumbo egg yolk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
