Seasoned fries? I have seen them in the market or do you season yourself?

Do you have any suggestions on how to turn this great recipe into a burrito?

Hi Maria, I have not tried this but after step 9, you could try placing the fries inside burrito size tortillas. I feel like this amount of food would fit inside 3 or 4 of the tortillas. Then, Top the fries with the shrimp, divided evenly. Pour the cream sauce over the shrimp, divided evenly. Sprinkle in the cheese curds and green onion. Wrap up the tortillas like an envelope and place seam side down in a greased or sprayed baking dish. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. to heat everything up and melt the cheese. If you like a crispy outer shell like a chimi, you can lightly oil the outsides of the tortillas before baking them. I hope that helps and good luck :)
