This recipe is easy and quick, ready in just 20 minutes. Great romantic date night dinner for two.

 

For the easiest meal prep I recommend buying frozen shrimp in a bag that is labeled “peeled, deveined and tails removed”.

 

Boil water in a sauce pan and cook the pasta according to the package directions, then drain.

 

While the pasta is cooking, heat a large frying pan over medium heat, mix together the cream cheese and butter, stirring until the cheese and butter are melted.

Stir in the milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.

Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, flipping them over half way through. Shrimp will be opaque and bright pink when cooked through.

Stir in the pasta and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb shrimp thawed, for easy prep buy already peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 4 oz pasta try fettuccine or angel hair pasta
