No Churn Banana Ice Cream

No Churn Banana Ice Cream brings the tropics to you. It has heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, banana, pineapple, and vanilla.

This banana pineapple ice cream is easy and doesn't require an ice cream machine. Top it with hot fudge, caramel sauce, and nuts if desired.

How to make No Churn Homemade Ice Cream

Drain the crushed pineapple with a very fine woven mesh strainer.

In a stand mixer bowl, add the heavy cream. Using the whisk attachment, whip on medium speed to form soft peaks, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Whisk on low until combined.

On a cutting board, dice the banana into small pieces.

Gently fold the diced bananas and crushed pineapple into the cream mixture.

Pour into one or two freezer-safe dishes. I used this 6x2 cake pan. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.

This ice cream scoop works great to serve the ice cream. If desired, serve topped with hot fudge, nuts, or caramel sauce.

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup canned crushed pineapple
  • Optional toppings - hot fudge, caramel sauce, and nuts
