Hi Margaret, you can purchase measuring spoons that include the 1/8 teaspoon size. You can also purchase measuring cups that include the 1/8 cup size. (Also 1/8 cup is equal to 2 Tablespoons). I’ve made these many times and add raisins. So good! Just wondering if I could sub Greek yogurt for the butter? - trying to eat a little better…. 😊

A question...some of your recipes (like this one) indicate 1/8 cup of an ingredient. How do you measure this? None of my present measuring devices (nor those available on Amazon) have this quantity as an option.

Thanks! Looking forward to making more tasty dishes.

Hi Donovan, you can also use 2 Tablespoons to equal 1/8 cup. Thanks for your question and enjoy these banana cakes! They are a favorite of ours.

I made this and it was such a hit. I did make it in a 6 inch cake pan for a friends Birthday Cake. I am loving making Mini Cakes. Was wondering if you have a Coconut Cake or Coconut Poke Cake recipe?

Hi Bonnie, I'm so glad you enjoyed the banana cake and I'm happy to hear it worked well in a 6 inch pan! I do not have either of those Coconut Cake options at this time but they both sound delicious so maybe I will add them to my list of things to post for the future. Great ideas!
