These were delicious! I doubled the recipe to make four, and did my own chocolate frosting to top, and they were incredible!

Would I have to double the recipe to make a single layer cake in a 6×2 round cake pan? Thanks!

Hi HomeCook, I have not tried making this recipe in a 6×2 pan however, as written it fills 2 ramekins that are each 3 inches by 2 inches. I think you could fill your one pan with the amounts as they are written. If it is not enough you could always make a second batch at that point and mix it in. If you try it, let me know how it goes for you 🙂
