How to make Greek Feta Burgers:

In a medium bowl, combine together the ground beef, brown sugar, and salt.

Split the ground beef in half and form two round flat patties.

On a grill or in a medium skillet, cook the meat patties for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side for medium done.

In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and cucumber.

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch salad dressing (from a bottle or jar)
  • 1/2 cucumber (diced small)
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 ounces feta cheese (sliced or crumbled)
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 hamburger buns, or sandwich rolls
