Feta Cheese Burgers are giant, delicious, juicy and beefy topped with lettuce, tomato, crumbled feta cheese, red onion, and a creamy cucumber sauce.

How to make Greek Feta Burgers

Dice the cucumber, cut two slices of tomato, and two slices of red onion.

In a medium bowl, combine together the ground beef, brown sugar, and salt.

Split the ground beef in half and form two round flat burgers.

On a grill or in a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the burgers for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side for medium done.

In a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and cucumber.

Place the bottom half of each hamburger bun on a plate. Add the lettuce, feta cheese, burger patty, cucumber sauce, tomato slice, red onion slice and top with the other half of the bun.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef (or ground chicken or turkey)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch salad dressing (from a bottle or jar)
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese (or sliced)
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions
