We love grilling and these salmon burgers are a refreshing delicious alternative to the traditional beef burger. Fresh spinach leaves, or lettuce, and this ranch cucumber sauce are perfect salmon burger toppings.

What is a good sauce for salmon patties?

We love this Ranch Cucumber Sauce:

Dice the tomato and cucumber into small pieces.

Coat both sides of the patties with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat a gas grill to medium-high or prepare charcoal grill with medium-hot coals. You can also make these indoors by heating a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Click here for a stove top griddle.

Grill salmon burgers for 5 minutes.

Flip them over very gently. Be extra careful. One of mine crumbled a little.

Place the burgers on buns, add spinach leaves, salmon burgers, spread each with some Ranch sauce, and top with the second half of the bun.
