Ingredients

cocoa
baking soda
butter
sugar

regular cream cheese
pineapple tidbits with juice
ripe kiwi
Banana
fresh strawberries
semisweet chocolate chips
Substitutions
Other fruits you can use are fresh berries, your favorite fresh fruit, or seasonal fruit.

How to make Fruit Brownie Pizza
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 - In the bowl of a stand mixer or other medium bowl, combine the cocoa, baking soda, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and ⅛ cup very hot/boiling water. Stir until combined.
Step 3 - With the mixer on the lowest speed add in the order listed (if mixing by hand, stir after each addition): ⅔ cup sugar, egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix until combined.
Step 4 - Pour the brownie base into a 9-inch buttered pie dish.
Step 5 - Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Step 6 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until it is a good spreading consistency. Spread over the cooled brownie crust.
Step 7 - On a cutting board, peel and dice or slice the kiwi.
Step 8 - Drain the pineapple reserving the juice into a bowl.
Step 9 - Slice the banana and place the banana slices into the pineapple juice to prevent browning.
Step 10 - Arrange the kiwi, banana, strawberries, and pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
Step 11 - In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the fruit.
Step 12 - Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

For the Brownies
- ¼ cup cocoa
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- ⅛ cup boiling water
- add to the batter in the order listed
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup flour
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
For the topping
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 small can of pineapple tidbits with juice (reserve juice)
- 1 small ripe kiwi
- ½ Banana
- ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ⅛ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.

- Arrange kiwi, banana, strawberries, and pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the fruit.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
