Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer (or electric mixer and a medium bowl) combine cocoa, baking soda, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and 1/8 cup very hot/boiling water. Stir until combined.
With the mixer on the lowest speed add in the order listed (if mixing by hand, stir after each addition): 2/3 cup sugar, beaten egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix until combined.
Pour the brownie batter into a 9-inch buttered pie dish.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie crust.
On a cutting board, peel and dice or slice kiwi.
Drain pineapple reserving juice into a bowl.
Slice the banana and place banana slices into the pineapple juice to prevent browning.
Arrange kiwi, banana, strawberries, and pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the fruit.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
