This is a small batch copycat recipe of the crab salad sold in super markets and serves 2 – 4.
This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.
Imitation crab is made from surimi, which is minced fish, like pollock, that has been formed into crab-like cuts. It is affordable and versatile. You can substitute it in almost any recipe that calls for shellfish. It contains omega-3s, is a good source of protein, low in carbs, cholesterol, and calories, and is low in fat.

This imitation crab salad is very good and as tasty as store bought or better. I did substitute Old Bay Seasoning instead of salt

I made this crab meat salad and it was so delicious. I put it on a bed of romaine lettuce with a very light vinaigrette dressing. Absolutely perfect, I will definitely make it again!
