Roughly chop the imitation crab meat on a cutting board.
Dice the onion and celery into small pieces.
In a medium bowl add all the ingredients together and stir until well coated.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Buy it fresh or by the can, and make sure to check it over really well for shells before adding it to the salad.You can use cooked shrimp instead of crab meat.Try adding slivered almonds.Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute for sour cream in this recipe.
