Can one use chicken broth instead of stock? If so, what is added to this for flavor? Last question, if I want a brown gravy, would I use kitchen bouquet and if so, how much? Thank you so much.

Hi Ellie, You can use either broth or stock. Stock is made from bones, while broth is made mostly from meat or vegetables. Using bones in stock creates a thicker liquid, while broth tends to be thinner and more flavorful. So the choice is up to you.
If you want to make brown gravy I would use beef stock or beef broth for that. I have not used Kitchen Bouquet personally so unfortunately I don't know if that would work or not. Thanks for your question :)
