How to make BLT Chicken Salad Sandwiches:

Place the chicken into a sauce pan and add water, enough to cover the chicken. Click here for a sauce pan.

 

Bring the chicken to a boil over medium heat.

 

Turn the heat down to medium-low, cover and simmer for 10 – 12 minutes until cooked through.

 

Transfer the chicken to cutting board and shred with 2 forks. Click here for a cutting board.

Cut the bacon into 1 inch pieces and cook in a medium frying pan over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towel.

Chop the lettuce and dice the tomato.

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, seasoned salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 deli sandwich rolls, or large croissants
