Wet Burritos
Get the Recipe
Brown ground beef and onion in a frying pan
Add garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, green chiles and refried beans until heated through
In a sauce pan, combine tomato sauce, no-bean chili, and enchilada sauce until heated through
Fill burrito sized tortillas with the beef mixture and top with cheese and lettuce or tomato
Fold in the top and bottom sides of the tortilla over the filling, like an envelope, and place seam side down in 2 greased 9 x 13 oven safe dishes
Pour the entire pan of red sauce over the tops of the burritos
Cover the tops with cheese and bake
Top with more lettuce, tomato, sour cream and chives or green onions
