Ham Salad Sandwiches

Place the ham, hard boiled egg, celery, and onion in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Mix together ham mixture, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and mustard in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

Taste and add salt and black pepper if needed. Chill in the fridge until time to serve, 1 – 2 hours is best for flavor.

Serve on sandwich buns, bread or crackers.
