Small Batch Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
hash browns butter black pepper salt small onion cream of mushroom soup sour cream shredded sharp cheddar cheese crushed potato chips
Dice the onion. Then melt the butter in the microwave.
In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns with the melted butter, pepper, salt, and chopped onion, blending well.
Add in cream of mushroom soup sour cream, and cheddar cheese, mixing everything well.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dishes.
Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a pan or microwave. Mix with crushed potato chips and sprinkle over top of casseroles. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
