Quiche with Hash Browns

This Quiche with Hash Browns has a thick hash brown crust layer topped with cubed ham, green onion, cheddar cheese and a creamy Parmesan egg filling.

This quiche tastes amazing, makes for a filling breakfast, and is super simple to assemble and bake.

How to make Ham and Cheese Quiche

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray two 12 ounce ramekins with cooking spray and set aside. Click for 12 ounce ramekins.

Slice the green onion thin, and set aside.

Arrange the hash browns in the bottom of the baking dishes, divided evenly.

Layer the ham over the potatoes, divided evenly.

Sprinkle with green onion.

Add half of the cheese.

In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, mustard, and onion powder.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in dishes.

Top with remaining cheese.

Add the butter cubes on top.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Cool on a wire rack 5 – 10 minutes.

Top with a bit of sour cream and additional sliced green onions, if desired.

  • 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup pre-cooked boneless ham cubes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chilled butter (cubed)
  • Sour cream for topping (optional)
  • Diced green onion for topping (optional)
