How to make Ham and Cheese Quiche:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray two 12 ounce ramekins with cooking spray and set aside. Click for 12 ounce ramekins.
Slice the green onion thin, and set aside.
Arrange the hash browns in the bottom of the baking dishes, divided evenly.

Layer the ham over the potatoes, divided evenly.

Sprinkle with green onion.

Add half of the cheese.

In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, mustard, and onion powder.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in dishes.

Top with remaining cheese.

Add the butter cubes on top.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Cool on a wire rack 5 – 10 minutes.
Top with a bit of sour cream and additional sliced green onions, if desired.

- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- Sour cream for topping (optional)
- Diced green onion for topping (optional)
