This Ham and Cheddar Hash Brown Quiche has a thick hash brown O’Brien crust layer topped with cubed ham, green onion, cheese and a creamy Parmesan egg filling.

This quiche tastes amazing, makes for a filling breakfast, and is super simple to assemble and bake.

How to make Ham and Cheddar Hash Brown Quiche:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 C).

Spray a 1 ½ quart oven safe loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Click for a 1 ½ quart oven safe loaf pan.

Slice the green onions thin, and set aside.

Arrange the hash browns O’Brien in the bottom of the baking dish.

Arrange the ham over the potatoes and sprinkle with the green onions.

Sprinkle on ½ of the cheese.

In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, mustard, and onion powder.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients in the dish.

Top with the remaining cheese and dot with the butter cubes.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Cool on a wire rack for 5 – 10 minutes.

Top with a bit of sour cream and additional sliced green onions, if desired.

  • 1 green onion

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon butter cubed
  • Sour cream for topping (optional)
  • Diced green onion for topping (optional)
