This low-carb recipe takes just 20 minutes to bake and goes great with lunch, dinner or with a date night meal.

How to make Marinated Brussels Sprouts
Trim off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer brown leaves.
Place in a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
To the bowl with the Brussels sprouts, add the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Use a spoon to stir gently until coated and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Spray an 18.6-ounce oven-safe baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the Brussels sprouts and sauce into it.
Bake for 20 minutes.

- ¼ teaspoon table salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
