Ingredients
(amounts are listed in the recipe card at the bottom of the post)
graham cracker crumbs (or crushed graham crackers)
granulated sugar
table salt
butter
egg yolks
sweetened condensed milk
key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
Optional - Whipped cream for topping
Optional - Lime slices for garnish
Substitutions
You can also use regular lime juice in these mini Key Lime pies if you can’t find Key limes or Key lime juice.

How to make 6 Ingredient Individual Key Lime Pies
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
For the Graham Crusts
Step 1 - Spray two 4 ⅞″ mini pie tins with non-stick spray.
Step 2 - In a medium bowl, melt the butter.
Step 3 - Add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt to the melted butter. Stir well to combine.
Step 4 - Spread the buttery graham cracker crust mixture into the bottoms of the mini pie pans, evenly and up the sides. Press it firmly to compact it together. Set aside.
For the Key Lime Filling
Step 1 - In a medium bowl whisk the egg yolks together.
Step 2 - Add the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice to the egg yolks and whisk together until well combined.
Step 3 - Pour the creamy filling mixture into the two unbaked graham cracker crusts.
Step 4 - Place the mini pies on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5 - Cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 6 - Chill in the refrigerator, if desired, or serve when completely cooled.
Step 7 - Top with whipped topping and garnish with a slice of lime, if desired.

- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed graham crackers)
- ⅛ cup granulated sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon table salt
- 3 Tablespoons butter
For the Filling:
- 2 egg yolks
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- Optional - Whipped cream for topping
- Optional - Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
For the Graham Crusts:
- Spray two mini pie tins with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt to the melted butter. Stir well to combine.
- Spread the crumb crust mixture into the bottoms of the mini pie pans, evenly and up the sides. Press it firmly to compact it together. Set aside.
For the Key Lime Filling:
- In a medium bowl whisk the egg yolks together.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice to the egg yolks and whisk together until well combined.
- Divide mixture into the two unbaked graham cracker crusts.
- Place the individual pies on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, for about 30 minutes.
- Chill in the refrigerator, if desired, or serve when completely cooled.
- Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices, if desired.
