These Taco Burgers are incredibly delicious and juicy. Homemade taco seasoning is combined with ground beef, formed into burgers and flame grilled, ready in 15 minutes.
They are topped with melty cheddar cheese and all your favorite taco toppings. I highly recommend adding the yellow corn tortilla chips to the burger to give you that perfect taco crunch!

How to make the best Taco Burgers
In a small bowl, whisk together the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, add the ground beef, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the beef and mix to combine well.
Shape the taco burger mixture into 2 patties.
Grill the burgers, covered, over direct medium heat for 4 – 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees F (71.11 C) and the juices run clear.
Top each burger with a cheese slice and continue cooking just until cheese begins to melt.
Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, yellow corn tortilla chips, tomato slices, and taco sauce.
