This Grilled Salmon with Sweet Chili Sauce is easy with just 4 ingredients, and delicious with just a hint of spicy flavor.
This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.
The salmon is marinated in a sweet chili, ground ginger and soy sauce mixture, grilled and then topped with a sweet chili, ginger and soy sauce glaze.
You can kick it up a notch by adding some red pepper flakes if you prefer a spicier flavor sensation.
Plan ahead as you need 1 hour to marinate the salmon.
This low-carb dish makes a perfect lunch, dinner, or romantic date night meal for two. We served ours with black beans and rice and steamed broccoli.

Cut the green onion into diagonal slices and set aside.
Preheat the grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
Brush olive oil over the grill grate and spray a grill basket with non-stick spray. Click for a grill basket.
Grill the salmon for about 3 - 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
Flip the salmon over gently and continue grilling for about 3 - 5 minutes or until browned in spots and opaque in the center.
