- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 2 pork chops (about 6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- In a bowl, whisk the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlictogether to make a glaze.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sear the pork chops on both sides on preheated grill about 1 minute per side.
