How to make Honey BBQ Glazed Pork Chops
Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
In a bowl, whisk the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together to make a glaze.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the pork chops on both sides on the preheated grill for about 1 minute per side.
Lightly brush glaze onto each side of the chops as they cook. Grill until no longer pink in the center, about 6 – 8 minutes per side.
An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
