How to make Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo:

In a large sauce pan, boil water and cook fettuccine according to the package directions, then drain.

 

In a large frying pan, fry the chicken until cooked through.

Add in the mushrooms, cream cheese and butter, stirring until cheese and butter are melted.

Add in the milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.

Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir in the fettuccine and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
  • 3 medium mushrooms (sliced or chopped)
  • 4 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions
